Co-sta s.r.l. designs and manufactures plastic molds for thermoplastics and thermosets since 1974.

The company produces high production molds in hardened and tempered steel.

Our engineers are able to fully support our customers in all the production phases, in order to identify their needs and give them everything is expected to fulfill their expectations.

Catia for Mold & Die is used to model three-dimensional blueprints. The interface with the production systems is achieved via STEP and IGES files.

The shop floor features machines lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, CAM stations with three-and five-axis. Our partner brands include Mazak, Mikron, Huron, OMV, Digma, GF AgieCharmilles.

Our mold testing department is equipped with fifteen machines with capacity up to 400t.
